I messaged Clicks themselves to see if this is something they will be interested in making available. If I ever hear back I will certainly share it. I would suggest for those that are on The Verge site to comment on the clicks coverage there, i have a feeling their reader base is a good one to elevate this type of discussion
Oh, no… Maybe if there is a V2 I hope they will use another chipset that allows Custom Roms.

I’ve been running EOS for a bit now on my CMF1. I’m really looking hard at the Clicks. BB’s were some of the best phone types around and this is basically the 2026 BB.
I’d really like to be able to keep using EOS.
If it come unlocked, how much more leg work would need to be done to get EOS on the CC?
+1 for Clicks Communicator. I reserved one and would absolutely love to run /e/OS on it. It’s good to hear that it will come with an unlockable boot loader.
