I’m experiencing an issue where the clock app regularly forgets what sound to use. Probably 99% of the time that I set an alarm it appears to have forgotten. When I go into the app, alarms that I. Had given a sound to before instead say “845”. When I try to select a different sound, the list of default sounds appear empty.
When I randomly open the app during the day, 99% of the time the same happens. Very occasionally I’m able to open the app and everything is normal. It remembers the sound I had selected and if I click to change it I get the full list of sounds to choose from.
Any suggestions? This is a big issue for me as I cannot use my phone to wake me up in the morning anymore.
