"Cloud storage full" notifications

Hello,

Some remarks and requests about convenience of use:
-There are automatic and not-deactivable system notifications sent daily when murena cloud storage is at more than 80% storage capacity, even as a paying customer. There are even weekly emails to insist on that. It is not a new thing, but please, deactivate those notifications and emails as soon as possible. I am a very happy customer and user of /e/ OS and Murena cloud, but sending such reminders to a paying customer is unacceptable. I guess that this has been overlooked by the owners and developers, still do remove them soon !
Be mindful that there is a separate set of notifications and emails when the cloud storage is completely full. I understand the benefit of warning the user about this by email, but please, do it only once. Same for the notification, one non-deactivable notification on that topic is a maximum, do not make it daily and weekly.
-When setting-up any email account in the default email app of /e/ OS, there is a default signature saying “sent from my /e/ OS device” … Again, I am a very happy user and customer of /e/ OS, but please, at the soonest possible, remove those default signatures from your implementation of K-9 mail. It does sound like a petty problem, but this undignified problem (who thought of adding that in the first place ? it is so shamefull that it even looks like a joke) has been present for a very long time now.

Do you advise to create Git tickets to fasten the process on those topics ?

Thanks for taking into account those not so ridiculous problems. Improvement of small details like those are important in the long term to gradually improve the seriousness of /e/ OS and Murena

forum things get lost. You need to talk to the oracle of gitlab and make your case

the email signature thing goes back to k9 and is more inherited then self created.

as for storage notifications I too think this is more up to defaults without ever putting it to review
