Cloud synchronisation on fairphone 6 /e/OS

Hi community.

No cloud synchronisation takes place on a fairphone 6. I tried to follow the howto on

The synchronisation should start automatically. It does not.

The already created murena account was not activated by the first start.
It seems that I need to manually configure the synchronisation.

what’s your understanding of “no cloud synchronisation” taking place - files, calendar, addressbook, notes, mail?

Hi.

I do have an account on the device. According to the tutorial, an automatic synchronisation (of personal data, I guess) should have started. It did not.

I would like to manually synchronise folders with Foldersync. I cannot find the path to the relevant forders on the phone. I tried unsuccessfully in a terminal emulator. I was not allowed to open some folders. Is there a way to explore the file system tree? Thanks in advance for your answer. Best, th1967.

Please check this topic Backup my files after the Murena Workspace outage. The murena Sync is now not on by default, please check the FAQ section and switch on Sync in murena.io as explained. Note to topic is written for returning “old customers” but the same deliberate turn on Sync is required by new users.
