Compatibility with other Homescreen Launchers (XiaoMi Lisa)

I recently installed e/OS/ on my XiaoMi Lisa (11 5G NE) and am amazed at how good it is. As far as third party OSs go, I haven’t seen many positive reviews for daily use. But e/OS/ stuck out as being a complete package, which after three days of use, it does seem to be. However, I have had three nitpicks about navigation and would like to ask if it’s user error:

  1. I set Nova Launcher as the default launcher, since bought Nova Prime in the past and have been very satisfied with the additional features. However, when trying to navigate apps, sometimes the swipe gestures stop working and I get a pop-up that Bliss Launcher keeps stopping. After going to app info and force-stopping the Bliss Launcher, it then works again. Has anybody else encountered this issue?
  2. I couldn’t find any way to pin screen-brightness to quick notifications (the menu that is shown when swiping from the top of the screen once). Is there any way to do so, or will I just have to deal with swiping down an additional time?
  3. I don’t know how to access developer features such as USB-Debugging and Bootloader options (is there an option to re-lock the bootloader?)

But this is in no way saying that e/OS/ is bad. The app lounge, lack of bloatware and additional privacy control alone make it worth using and I have been super satisfied so far.

More long lasting might be

Settings > Apps and notifications > See all … apps > BlissLauncher > Storage & cache > Clear storage

… but dependencies seem to exist within Bliss.

Settings > About phone > Scroll down to Build Number. Tap 7 - 10 times rapidly on Build number.

Hey, thank you so much for the thorough answer. It’s kind of embarrassing I didn’t find the dev options myself…

Is there any other known fix to Bliss compatibility? Clearing storage seemingly didn’t do much.
If it really won’t work I guess I’d just have to set Bliss back to default…
