My account is desactivated (maybe i’ve waited too long since the summer 2024 failure to get my account and data back ?)
I got a message “contact administrator”.
I’ve send an email to helpdesk@e.email from another email address., with screenshots and my account @murena.io login.
Is there anything else to do ?

Pl Can you try to reset the password. There is a screen where you need to accept TOS (terms of service) . If not done the account remains disabled. Try that and let me know.

The old helpdesk emails do not work. Paying customers can write in here with issue details. - Users who use the /e/OS or Murena cloud for free can write on the forum to seek assistance
