Contact synchronization failure

Hi,

Since last Tuesday I’ve been unable to synchronize my contacts with /e/ network. It keeps saying “Invalid Credentials” even though I did not change anything to my account settings. Is there a current issue about this ?

Take a backup of your contacts first and then

Pl can you try the following
Remove the existing account on your phone
Settings >> accounts >> /e/ account
and add it again using the @e.email address.
and then check
also are you able to log into ecloud with your /e/ ID.

OK it works. Looks like something has changed. Before I loggued in using creds my.email@protonmail.xxx and now it no longer works. Thanks for the tip !

Yes this week the ecloud team made it mandatory to log in using /e/ credentials.

OK, great I got the email for this. Thanks anyway (but the next time please notify users before doing such changes)
