When setting up the phone I copied my contacts into the phone from a file export. But only after that I set up a paid murena account to have cloud sync. I noticed most of my contacts are ‘saved to phone’. Only the ones created after are synced with murena cloud (which gives me frequent error messages about sync errors btw, but I understand an update to the cloud is coming…?).
I tried switching over a contact from ‘saved to phone’ to ‘saved to cloud sync’ but can’t, it seems.
Anyone knows how to fix this?
Second item is the calender. Items saved to phone are not appearing in the murena cloud calender.
As I understand it (I don’t use it) the bottom setting, Device for me, means the contacts go to SIM card. This is excluded from sync. For me the default is the top option so that the content goes to the Contacts app. The sync is of Contacts app.
If the option of loading the contact from local directory to the cloud-synced one is missing, then you might try to load your contact file through murena.io website in the contact tab. They will then be downloaded to your phone.
