Copying Files is Slow

today I had to copy a bunch of files with my Fairphone 5 with /e/OS 3.01.
The performance appears slow to me (internal storage to internal storage, single 2GB file )
I only get 6 MB/s on average. On a Samsung S23 I get something like 200 MB/s.
The same, slow performance with Internal to external SD on FP5.
Do you have similar experience? Do you happen to have an Idea why this is?
Slow internal SD? Slow CPU? something else?
My internal storage still has 60% free space.

CPU shouldn’t be that much different
FP5:
1x 2.70GHz Kryo 670 Gold Plus
3x 2.40GHz Kryo 670 Gold
4x 1.90GHz Kryo 670 Silver

S23
1x 3.36GHz ARM Cortex-X3/Kryo Prime
2x 2.80GHz ARM Cortex-A715/Kryo Gold
2x 2.80GHz ARM Cortex-A710/Kryo Gold
3x 2.00GHz ARM Cortex-A510/Kryo 670 Silver

both have 8GB RAM

I’ve found out what it is, although, not exactly. The file manager (Foldersync) seems to be slow. With other File Managers (default one or Total Commander) it’s fast.
