Creating /e/ mail rules

Using /e/OS Settings

Hi!
I seem to remember that I was able to create rules/filters that would make emails end up in different folders that I created. I recently wanted to adjust such a rule/filter, but I cannot seem to find this option anywhere anymore in the email settings on https://murena.io/apps/snappymail/#/settings/folders or /filters. Was this functionality (re)moved?
The folders and rules I created previously still work.
