Hi ronnz98, is there any updated e/os rom for flox?

Not yet. Is it working? If yes I can do a final R2.2 build with /e/OS

hi ronnz98, yes it is working. flashing rom without any error. here some of screenshot.

great!, i hope u will release it soon. in meanwhile, i will do further testing on this rom. thank you

ps: this build has missing App Lounge, is it possible to install it manually?

No, you must use F-droid + Aurora Store !

Thank you piero for suggestion. I think that too, but then i am able to install app lounge version 2.7.1 apk manually without error. bliss launcher performance smooth like butter. only stutter if i open so many app in background because of 2gb ram. it still suitable to use as daily driver.
all basic function working fine so far, this is my testing result:

thank you ronnz, tested flox and working as previous build. stable to use as a daily driver. i only have encounter a issue with aniyomi, facing purple screen and force closed when to play a video. tried to use external player, but still have issue to play the video. also tried with forked aniyomi app. but still the the same. maybe anyomi and forked got a playback issue with nexus 7 2013 android 11. its not a major issue since i found alternative aniyomi. if anyone encounter this issue, u can use dantotsu. hope you will build rom 12L for flox. i want to try to flash elementalx custom kernel on flox e/os rom.

edit:
i was able to flash anykernel3 for android 11 without any issue. it boosted nexus 7 2013 performance significantly.

Build 2.2 also working fine for me on flox.
Since it’s not (as) bebloated like the previous build I had to remove some not-used items as there was no room in /system lefi to push a needed certain tool.

But yeah, 2.2 is good to go. Nice work.

Howdy.
Could you provide details on that. Considering doing the same but don’t know where to start. I see anykernel3 all over the place.

You mentioned ElementalX also. Was that used with anykernel3 or…?

hi marcdw, anykernel3 for flox is based on elementalX kernel. i installed and used ex kernel manager to flash anykernel3 flox zip. make sure u do a backup 1st.

Greetings.
There were a number of downloads so I got the following files.

AnyKernel3-flox-11.0.0-20211008_final.zip

AnyKernel3-flox-11.0.0-20211008_final_oc_1.8GHz_v1.zip

AnyKernel3-flox-11.0.0-20240427_oc_1.8GHz_experimental_v4.zip

Not sure which to choose so I went with the experimental first. If anything were to break I’d restore the original kernel and work my way backwards. So far though it’s running fine.
Any tips, tricks, or tweaks recommended? First thing I tried was double-tap-to-wake which worked.
Was tempted to try the ElementalX governor which is closer to OnDemand in its behavior. Will test it, comparing it to Interactive.

Anyway, I forgot that Ex Kernel Manager (purchased years ago) does license checking. Hadn’t planned on turning on the Google stuff but that’s okay. :smirk:
Though I could(?) try SmartPack Kernel Manager if I choose to disable Google on the system.
I mostly plan on using CLI apps on the device anyway inside Termux Expert Launcher, just because.

On another note, did you notice the NewPipe-Tablet-Legacy from the same download area?
