Dangerous Connection

When I use any available connection to my phone with /e/ Foundation OS (WiFi hotspot, USB modem, Bluetooth modem) and have a VPN enabled (regardless of Advanced Privacy or other) with the settings Always-on VPN and Block Connection without VPN, then if the VPN connection on the phone (/e/os) is lost, the device connected to the phone switches to the real network without VPN protection.

If I explained it vaguely, here is a visual example:

N: real Internet network.
E: /e/ Foundation OS.
EV: enabled VPN on /e/ Foundation OS.
R: a random device that has the ability to connect to the network.

N → EV → R = network usage via VPN.
If EV disconnects, then E works as a repeater rather than blocking the connection for R.

This creates a danger to N from R or poses a threat to R from N (depending on which side the attacker is on).
This issue is available on all devices in the /e/ Foundation OS Devices list.

Suggestion: Block the connection also for devices that are connected via WiFi hotspot, USB modem, Bluetooth modem
