All the named apps have eOS installed 
Snoop Snitch needs root access or it will not work. I also wish there was another way. They us it widely where I am in Canada.
Would be nice if the handshake key or whatever happens between the cell tower and SIM could be rolled every few days or at will, then ISMs could be defeated.
Very unfortunate that governments care noting about judicial authorization these days.
