Deactivate 2FA whitout 2nd factor

Hi there

i have activated 2FA in the ecloud and could succesfully scan the QR-Code with the OTP Authenticator (https://github.com/0xbb/otp-authenticator) and was able to log in for the first time with generated PIN.
Unfortunately the opt authenticator doesen’t show the pin of the e-Cloud anymore and for that reason I’m not able to sign in with my second factor for the 2FA. Can anyone tell me, how do I deactivate the 2FA in the cloud whitout the pin?
