What I’d suggest is to open an issue in /e/'s bug tracking system. Explain precisely what happens in your case and when: Issues · e / Backlog · GitLab
In case you have never done that, you need to register first in the bug tracking system.

If the apps get entirely deleted, I’d be pretty sure it’s not related to Bliss.
If apps disappear temporarily form the home screen or the app icons get reorganised by force, then Bliss could be a probably source of the issue.
In any case, let the /e/ team have a look.
I think the explanation gives room for interpretation.

I think references to user error are misplaced here until it gets established there was one.
Icons getting rearranged or deleted from the home screen(s) have been described similar to this before, with the user not doing the deed.

My intention was not the down play the problem or something.
Just trying to get a different angle, since not all users are the same. And the more information someone has to understand the situation the better the support can be.
