Disable AI from NPU (for new devices that use /e/ GSI)

As /e/ moves into the future, phones are expected to gain advanced capabilities.
One such capability is Neural Processing Units (NPUs). From what I hear it has the ability to scan, identify, summarize, and/or report on viewable user data. This seems like a nightmare scenario where the user is at the mercy of where ever the AI is broadcasting. It may be able to read the data before we get a chance to encrypt or isolate our stuff.

I was hoping /e/ has begun taking this into account. Particularly for GSI builds that newer devices with NPUs can use safely and privately.
