Disable the Spam Filter

Last year, Murena provided a guide on how to set up rules for false positives to be filtered back into the inbox. This is a ridiculous work around that only works for specific senders. I am constantly annoyed by the fact that normal e-mails or newsletters get filtered to SPAM, even though I have tried to get the system to learn them. I have flagged e-mails, placed them in normal folders, nothing works. Given the fact that the filter does not work, could there be a possibility to disable it so I can just run the filter native on my devices?

Me too I’m waiting for a response…

Yes I gave up on E.email for this reason.

I have passed on the feedback from this thread to the developers. Will update if there is a response.

Try https://murena.io/apps/snappymail/#/settings/filters

Thanks again for the solution. I read the guide first but then couldn’t find the “gear” icon for setting it. When you showed me the URL, I forgot the guide. :person_facepalming:
