Disabled murena account

I was using my murena acocunt with k9 but it sudenly got disabled. i tried contacting support but there is no response after almost 3 weeks

I don’t understand why my account has been disabled.

I haven’t sent any spam or anything like that.

I only use it for personal correspondence.
