Disabling browser cache

Hi,

since the WiFi connection on my device is dropping frequently (support call is going on on this issue) I often run into the situation that the browser app cannot load a page and instead opens a cached page. In most cases this is not really helpful as information is outdated. E.g. I frequently use a rain forecast which has been cached randomly about half a year ago. I don’t really understand why the cache has not been updated ever since then. Anyway, even the information from an hour ago would not be helpful. Is there any possibility to deactivate this? I couldn’t find anything in the options.
