Ditching eOS for Stock Android on Fairphone 6

eOS is fine, not for me. I tried following the official instruction a la Fairphone, but i’m stuck at the bootloader LOCKED trying to unlock the damn thing yet none of the command tolls detect my device despite the adb devices seeing it I dont know if eOS’s stupid fastboot menu has to do with it, I see a lot of guides to get into eOS but why cant I SIMPLY get out smfh.

USB Debugging enabled, OEM Unlocking enabled, I got my unlock code but was never prompted to put it in. Whoever sees this if it’s a simple fix plz make me look like the idiot I just spent mad bread on this phone and another for my friend.

The more I try the I get pissed. Did eOS prevent me from unlocking the bootloader. Like it’s like this I should’ve just brought it without eOS on it, each second passing makes me hate this OS so much for freedom.

First, I get your frustration! Still, be careful not to brick your phone by using some commands when you are angry - went here instead.

Unfortunately, I do not own a Fairphone, so I cannot really help. There are however many FP experts here that will most probably help you over the course of the day (most are Europeans, so expect responses during European morning or evening times).

You may also use the search function and look for “revert to stock Fairphone” or something similar to (maybe) identify your problem?

Do I get this right, you want to return back to stockrom (/e/OS is customrom)?

Are you using windows or linux?

ADB and fastboot mode (aka bootloader) are two different things, even if the tools dealing with them are usually distributed together.
If your answer to @mihi’s question is Windows, then make sure the necessary drivers for fastboot mode are installed in Windows.
Here’s an animation from a Fairphone support page showing the process (with the phone in fastboot mode connected to the computer) …
