Do Not Disturb settings missing?

(Fairphone 6 with /e/ OS v3.1.4)

I see some old posts in this forum suggesting that there should be settings for Do Not Disturb mode. Specifically, I want to set a time of day for my phone to be in DND mode. I thought this was part of the Android base OS, but I can’t find any such setting. What’s the story here? Was this disabled / removed? Renamed? How do I prevent random e-mails from triggering notifications at 3am?

on A15 (that FP6 ships with) you either long press the Quick Settings button of “Modes → Do Not Disturb” and create new custom mode that offers the schedule option or search for “modes” in the settings searchbar

Thanks a lot! This is highly unintuitive, and even the existing “Do Not Disturb” mode simply wasn’t showing up in settings search. Nor anything I could think of to search for. (Not /e/'s fault, I guess my previous phone simply inherited my settings from when it was easier to find)
