Does the Murena 2 support Qi wireless charging? [charging problems]

Hello everyone. I am having issues charging my Murena 2 with cable + plug, sometimes the charge went off without moving anything and now I have to plug the USB to the smartphone with a very specific angle otherwise it won’t charge. The charge is getting slower and slower, though, and sometimes I wake up in the morning and the phone is less charged than in the evening, despite being plugged all night.

I looked for the specifics but I couldn’t find any info about support for Qi wireless charging. Does the Murena 2 support it? It would be really helpful for me, otherwise I’ll to ask for a repair, if possible, or change phone altogether (which I wouldn’t want to, since it’s not even 2 years and a half old).

Did you exhaust the possibility of careful cleaning of the USB port with compressed air? There are apps capable of testing for wireless charging like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=wirelesscharger.systemtest (this google link is expected to open in App Lounge). Thank you aibd, I’ve done a light cleaning (to no avail), I will try with compressed air when I can, but I’ve also read in the forum of at least another person having the same issue. Furthermore, in the FAQ section of the Kickstarter campaign for the Murena 2 it is clearly stated that the phone does not support Qi wireless charging.
