Downgrade to eOS 0.15 pie

After updating to version 0.16 Pie on reboot it is no longer possible for me to connect via the network and even wi-fi.
I receive an expired certificate error and my ASUS Max M2 pro (X01BD) shows the ‘x’ of no connection on the network and wi-fi icons.
I checked the configuration and made sure the wi-fi is working but I can’t connect.
Do you know if it is possible to downgrade and go back to version 0.15?
