I have problems to understand how to get rid of a zero file. I downloaded a pdf, but there seems to be 0 B of it. My phone is Gigaset GS290 and not rooted, neither I know how to do it.
I moved all other files away from Download-folder and installed SDMaid app. Then I deleted Download-folder, created a new one, moved other files back. No zero file there anymore, but when going to Files app menu (three lines at left upper corner) and there to Downloads, the zero file seems to be there still. Is the “Downloads” a shortcut to “Download” and how can I delete the zero file (or link) from there?
Any advice would be appreciated!
