Dual sim not working - S5 klteduos

Hello

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 Duos and I would like to use the dual sim feature.

When I use this phone with only one sim card, the phone works well.
Nevertheless, when I try to use it with 2 sim card, only one can be used to phone. The other one is detected but with no network.

Is there a way to fix this issue ?
