Dual SIM - separated environments per SIM card?

Hi there!

I do have a question. Is it possible to configure two separated environments on one (Dual-SIM) Handy?
To use each SIM in its own environment without being able to reach the environment from the other SIM?
I want to use two SIMs and each should just have specific apps and also its own contacts and so on so that SIM 1 cannot see the installed Apps and important - especially neither the contacts from SIM 2 and vice versa.
I would appreciate some input on that.
