/e/ account works on web but not on phone

I created an /e/ account before I installed /e/ on my phone. After /e/ is successfully installed on my phone it gives me an error when I tried to use my e.email account. If I go to settings/accounts then enter my e.email “myuser@e.email” and password it gives me error adding account. (But I can log in on the web and see webmail and web storage.)

Does your account name has kapital letters? If yes, try setup with lowercase letters

No it’s all lower case but it does have a . in it.
