E.cloud Services Restored after Maintenance

That’s not possible to get any notification from NextCloud Client / Web Interface when such operation is planned ?

Yes if it was a planned maintenance yes we do issue a general notification on the announcement channel that the service would be down for a certain period of time. This looked like a sudden issue which came up and need maintenance.
I agree we need to be more systematic in our alerts - since quite a few users ( including i myself) use the /e/ email Id as their main ID.
