Tried to upgrade storage but can’t buy it because Plans are not active in my account.
What did I wrong.

You did probably not manage your synchronization settings. So it pumps and pumps and pumps all the crap it can find up into the cloud. This is what we all need so that it’s on by default.

That is not the problem! Many Photo’s/Video’s that I want to keep. The 20gig is not enough.
The problem is, I can’t buy extra storage because Murena Workspace Plans are gray, not active in my account. And I don’t know how to activate them.
