Anybody interested? There’s already a LineageOS project in the works on github called GloDroid, maybe if we get more branches of Android we can get more community developers involved and a possible team up and a good more successful release.

I believe I recall seeing Gael Duval mention that the team had originally evaluated the PinePhone but found it’s specs too modest to support a good experience with /e/OS. Pine64 however has just announced the PinePhone Pro with all around better specs. Pine64 supports a lot of niceties too that would appeal to /e/'s users I suspect; such as hardware privacy switches.
I’m hoping this revision/evolution of the original PinePhone could support /e/OS.
There have been other related Pinephone threads. Doesn’t look like any interest at the moment.
Haven’t checked since my last post. Does GloDroid support Tow-Boot yet?
I’d like to ask if they’ve reconsidered the fact ever since GloDroid has been making babysteps into developing for it.
Could be time for a reevaluation!
I mean… That is a 2 years old quote, after all.
I don’t believe it does support Tow-Boot.
