ALL calls are displayed as “unknown” caller. I gave all permissions to apps that use it, disable tracker blockers, issue persists. It’s NOT a SIM issue, it works fine in other phones. I DON’T use eSIM, just regular SIM.

You might want to share your carrier/provider or even better let Murena and Fairphone know about the problem. “Unknown caller” issues are often about compatibility between a device and a specific carrier/provider/network, so Murena and/or Fairphone need to hear of the specifics to be able to figure out a fix in collaboration with those third parties.
I have the same issue. Phone is Fairphone 4 5G. Provider is Digi Belgium.
I have a Fairphone6 with /e/OS, and had the same challenge. On one of Fairphone’s web pages, I found a solution that worked for me:
Go to Settings →Network and internet →SIM card
Select your SIM card
In the choices there, DISABLE 4G Calling.
As soon as it was deselected, the caller showed up again.
I am quite the novice when it comes to mobile phones, so I do not know if it is a Fairphone or /e/os bug, but I certainly hope that Murena and Fairphone remove that bug.
