/e/ sign up assumes new user has an existing email address

Something to think about for /e/ developers.

/e/ aspires to allow us to own our own data, yet currently one must have an email address with another provider in order to sign up. The most likely other email may be gmail or outlook etc, provided by the very companies /e/ is trying to get away from.

My current ISP does not provide email services, directing users to sign up with the above G or O services.

It would be good if it was possible to get an /e/ account without first having an email address elsewhere.
