Easy Installer “Cannot get security patch information” with FairPhone 4 on Ubuntu

Hi!
I’m excited to start using /e/OS on my FP4. I’ve followed the easy installer steps up to ‘OEM unlocking’ which I did successfully but I keep getting stuck at “Cannot get security patch information”.

I’ve seen the warnings about anti-rollback and I checked and the android security update on my phone (which I was able to get using adb) is 2024-07-05 which is the same as the one listed for the current version of /e/OS for FP4 at Install /e/OS on a Fairphone FP4 - “FP4”.

My setup:
Ubuntu 24.04,
FP4, Android 13, security patch July 5 2024
Easy Installer version 0.21.2

I’ve tried:
Factory reset and restarting FP4
Updating and restarting my PC
Using different USB cords
With and without SIM card and WiFi

What is the next thing I should try to get this working?
