Easy installer missing from linux mint

Hi,
I planning to use the easy-installer on a linux mint pc, but it no longer appears on the software manager.

It’s very strange: I had a look one week ago and it was there, i’m sure it was!..
at the time i didn’t install it. Now i was ready to go ahead but it disappeared…

(Samsung s9+)

Edit: one year ago i used the easy-installer with an s9 on a windows machine and it was easy… now with android 10 is it still a good route to take?

Hello,
J’utilise aussi Linux Mint ! Mais, non !
C’est plus facile de le faire avec “Ubuntu” Easy installer, le logo en douceur !
See you later

Because Mint block snaps which is a really bad idea …

You have to remove a file https://snapcraft.io/docs/installing-snap-on-linux-mint

Here is their reasoning: https://linuxmint-user-guide.readthedocs.io/en/latest/snap.html

They don’t stop you from installing it if you want to. (See the link above.)

Hello,
Snaps, it’s only “Ubuntu”, no Linux Mint !

Instali Ubuntu.

See you later

Worst anwser ever

You can use snap or any distro , like it or not

I don’t have a preference because I’m open minded

Don’t waste your time opposing open source projects
