Ecloud.global does not work anymore?

Can’t reach my ecloud.global account anymore.
When I login on my ecloud account I’m invited to create a murena account!
What happens?

Can’t reproduce your issue: I just reach my ecloud from https://murena.io/. If I try ecloud.global I’m redirect to murena.io.
Are you try to reach ecloud from a browser? In this case, clear the browser cache will help.

Yes I did, on my desktop.
Tried again and it works.

Greetings, I have following issue when I try to login from my laptop. On the login screen I get this message ‘We have detected multiple invalid login attempts from your IP. Therefore your next login is throttled up to 30 seconds’ When I give my username and pwd I get this message ‘There were too many requests from your network. Retry later or contact your administrator if this is an error.’
Anybody having the same problem? Any help will be appreciated, thanks!

It sems for me like a fail2ban error message. Is it possible, that a client from your network try to connect to your instance with wrong password?

Thanks for your reply. Yesterday I basically refresh the site, clicked on forgot password, gave a new one… voila! Now it’s working again. No idea what the problem was but now it’s working fine :+1:
