Same issue is occurring. If I remove then readd my Murena account to e/OS on my Fairphone it does an initial sync for documents, pictures, etc.
However, follow up background syncs are not running and I get a notification that says “Max retries reached.”
I’d rather not have to remove my account and readd it every time I want my files to stay in sync. Anyone have any other thoughts on this? I paid for Murena Cloud storage specifically so I didn’t have to fret syncing files and pictures from one device to the next. The fact that its not working is frustrating.
Open to suggestions on this! I understand it might be a davx5 issue and not an eCloud issue as per the last post in the previous thread.
can you say roundabout how many files there are on murena.io for your user?
(sadly, as far as I know, there’s no UI element that gives you that number, you kind of have to look at the big folders to get a ballpark)
I have this theory that you’re hitting rate limits on full rescan. Seeing the davx error than is just a symptom, as the error isn’t coming out of the edrive codebase.
Edit: there’s also lots of of Oauth related fixes (token renewal etc) in AccountManager / davx in v3.3, I’d revisit this when this gets available and you updated
go through the murena websites contact form to support (as you’re a subscriber) and make mention of the many files you have, hinting at getting rate limited. Link both threads.
