On my FP4 running /e/OS 1.16-s stable I used to turn on the toggle allowing syncing mails on my Murena account settings. It was progressively filling my free 1GB space on the ecloud.
For reasons that belong to another thread I decided to turn off this toggle but I’m not sure what effect it has. The memory on the ecloud seems to stop its slight increase after receiving new emails, but it does not affect receiving incoming emails on the Mail app. Also I still can see incoming emails with Snappymail on my ecloud account on a laptop so they are still somewhat on the cloud.
So what is really the effect of this toggle and can it have long term effects I don’t want to have?
