Email disappeared on cloud/desktop?

The web portal stopped showing email? Is this down for maintenance or ?

Thanks for reporting this in. There was an issue which is causing a time out due to which Rainloop has been disabled. Should be restored once the issue is resolved.

This happened to me too yesterday morning, but it started working again in the evening.

However, this morning email is gone again!


The issues is still there. The team has disabled Mail icon on ecloud. Will update. You can also check the status here

I am relatively new to consistent email use and at least twice in the past week I have seen the email access and icon disappear from my ecloud app. It is gone again today, presumably it will reappear. Is this a frequent to daily update kind of thing?
