Email service down

Hey all,

I am not able to log into snappymail. When I log into murena.io with no issue, i go to the email app and it asks for credentials I give them and I get the following error

Hello I have newly a problem to get and see my mail on the ecloud.
The server gives back authentication error from server if I give the correct info.
and my android don’t synchronize.
all other ecloud services works well.

could some one have a look on it please? or restart the service

Mail Services have been restored.

many thanks for all the team :+1:

but there is still a problem by trying to send some messages.:

The 1st email address is the target mail
the 2nd one is the ecloud original user mail address
and the last one is the alias mail address from me by snappymail

I’ve still this issue, does someone else have it too?
Could someone have a look on it please?
It Seems that I can get some mails but not to send one…

As you have a premium plan you can send a mail to the helpdesk here

In between, I tried to complete unlogin from ecloud and login again, and it works.
I didn’t send a ticket to support.
Anyway many thanks for your effort and interest. :+1:
