Email is working, at least for most people, including myself.

I’m using mail.ecloud.global as the imap and smtp servers, as suggested in the docs

https://doc.e.foundation/support-topics/configure-email

If you are paying you can also open a helpdesk ticket.

I use mail.ecloud.global as the imap and smtp servers, as suggested in the docs, as well.
mail01.ecloud.global is what I am getting, by trying to send an email from another account. Have you tried this as well?
Thanks for the hint about the helpdesk ticket

Yes, I can send to, and receive from, murena.io I host my own email server. If it’s a mail server you manage it might be worth checking what it’s resolving the MX record for murena.io. It’s possible it may have a stale record pointing to mail01.ecloud.global.
