Email, storage capacity

I am not receiving any email into my /e/ account. as if my stroring capacity was full. I have deleted all pictures and many emails, but it says that my storage it is still full
what can I delete? and how?

Pl send a mail to the helpdesk@e.email ID. The infra team can take a look at your account and check on this issue.

Have you emptied Trash as well? The contents of Trash is part of “capacity used”.
