I can’t send any more after havin tried to send a mail to 6 persons. Read in blog, that one has to pay to be able to send more than 2 emails per hour. But nowhere it is explained WHERE you pay HOW MUCH tp be able to use the mailing programme!
Also there is nowhere any information on that, when you open an account so that you definitely get blocked as soon as you try to send several emails.
And this since 2023! Is there no solution to that?
And why new users are not informed about this from beginning???
Now I can’t use the mail programme any more. Either I quit murena directly, or you could unlock my account and tell me where I have to pay what amount for using the email programme which is said to be for free ??!!!???
The paying issue is simply that you are a paying Murena customer after upgrading your free Murena account to a paying account. This opportunity to upgrade is displayed on your Murena free account both on the phone and Murena workspace on PC.

Please unlock my account otherwise I can’t use it.
I would also like to know why there is no information - when you create a free account - that you can only send 2 emails per hour with a free account???
And that you get your account blocked once you do it !!???!!
Hi @Avocado pl can you check now. The account should be enabled now. As a free account there is a limitation on the number of emails that can be sent in an hour. It should be 2-3. This includes the emails in cc list. The account should be able to send receive emails now but within these limits as for all free accounts.
