Emails from Protonmail not decrypted

Using the Rainloop web client, emails received from Protonmail are not decrypted.

Thanks harvey186. Yes I knew that for paying subscribers. Emails are still encrypted when receiving on the e.email account. Could be a Nextcloud thing.

Do you have setup the proton bridge on your pc ?

I’m using thunderbird and evolution on my system and on both clients the emails are decrypted
