My phone has stopped loading emails - the last ones I received were on 30th July this year. Now it’s stopped syncing photos taken on my phone to Murena Cloud. The last ones were synced on 11th August this year. I’ve taken 14 photos since then, but cannot get them off my phone.
I can’t think of anything I’ve done or changes I’ve made since these functions stopped working. Can anyone help?
I am running the latest eOS version (table-emerald).
Sadly I am starting to lose faith in this phone. It’s been an effort to use since I first got it, but I’ve persisted, as I want the privacy. But the constant effort of trying to transfer photos that I took - they usually appear eventually, but it takes days! I’m not sure if it needs to be re-booted several times, or what.
And not getting emails on my phone, even though my email account is there in settings… it seems a waste of time to have a “smartphone” really. I am sad to say this, but having had the phone for just over a year, I don’t think it’s suitable for “regular users”.
