I am unable to open .pdf and .doc files from the Files app and the file picker (e.g. selecting a document within a word processing app). Either the file just doesn’t open and gives no error message, or I get an error message like “Failed to open this document due to an unknown error”. I thought it may be a permissions error, but I’ve allowed access to the Files app everywhere I could or was asked to do that.
