Error syncronizing to e.cloud

Dear Sir,

I’m using an Samsung S7 I bought from e.foundation, with /e/ preinstalled. When it tries to sync with the e.Cloud the following error shows for Contacts and files Synchronization: “Authentication failed(check login credentials)”.

I’ve repetedly typed the username and password used to login into e.cloud website.

My phone has:

  • System version: 0.15-2021022111921
  • Device Model SM-G930F
  • Android version: 7.1.2
