Can’t update from e-os 3.4-a14 on my fairphone4
I’m getting this Error message: “the update check failed. please check your internet connection and try again later.” but my internet connection works fine.
I cleared storage and cache of the updater in the system settings already.
Current version is e-os 3.4 with android 14, january 14 ,2026
the time stamp of the last check is strange:
“last checked january 1, 1970 (01:00)”
Does anyone know what issue this is?
