Errors Account Manager

Hi,

Since a few days, maybe a week I get error-notifications by the account manager.
I used to see a ‘push-pin’ briefly in the upper left corner of my Samsung S8.
This push-pin deactivates automatically.
Now I have two push-pins in the upper left corner displaying errors likes account xx@e-mail et cetera and ‘maximum nummer of attempts reached’.
Never had this issue before.
Anybody any idea?

I am using the latest build, Android 11, on a Samsung SM-G950F.
