eSIM Activation Error - Murena Mobile

Downloaded new esim from murena but still no go. Sent message to murena helpdesk asking if a sim card would be better

Update:

Current Version: 2.7-u-20250109460370-official-FP4

Everything seems to be working fine except for the following issues:

  • I can’t send group messages via text. 1:1 texts go through just fine. When attempting to send via group text, it gets stuck on “Sending”
  • Can’t send pictures via text
  • Mobile Data isn’t available anymore post update. Under Settings > About Phone > SIM status the Mobile network state says Disconnected

For reference, Murena Mobile is my carrier

I’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Enable/Disable Airplane Mode
  • Restart Phone
  • Disable Mobile Network/re-enable
  • Settings > System > Reset Options > Reset Mobile Network Settings
  • Generated a new eSIM online and installed this. Same issue
  • Contacted Murena Support

Anyone else still experiencing issues? This worked fine before the latest update…
