Now that /e/ os is showing interest in beacondb, it would be nice to allow us to contribute as well. To do that (at least on a FP3 w A13), we appear to need a “Wi-Fi scan always available” setting. Oddly, I can’t link directly to github, but see this for link.
In order to enable /e/ os’ers to help improve BeaconDB, I would propose “Wi-Fi scan always available” is exposed in future builds, if not too complicated. Or a general recommendation is made, if there is a good alternative.
